My Client - First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent Real Estate Professional - Integrity, In - Depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work. When you hire me, you get me, not an assistant.

That said, in my experience as a Greater New Haven Real Estate Professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first.  This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and way of doing business.  In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently.  They've  also helped me to extend the range of services that I provide to my clients.

I have been selling Connecticut Real Estate and specializing in the sale of residential and multiple family homes.   I have sold in excess of 250 million dollars of residential real estate since 1984 and service all communities in the Greater New Haven and Upper Fairfield Counties.

I believe in developing real client relationships, which distinguishes the professional and sets the standard. I always focus on my clients needs. Today’s buyers and sellers have done their homework – thanks to technology. They are astute shoppers who want speed, convenience, friendly and knowledgeable service. Personal Background

Born and raised in Orange, Connecticut.  Graduate of Amity Regional High School.  Further Educated at the University of New Haven.  Married with two lovely daughters Kristen & Sharra and three absolutely adorable and beautiful grandchildren named Jenna, Drew & Chelsea.  My hobbies when I am not serving my clients needs are gardening and golf.
